Return and Refund Policy

At 24Coveted, every product is created with intention and precision. Because of the nature of our products and fulfillment process, our policies are strict and clear.

Physical Products (Fulfilled via Print on Demand)

All physical items are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

We do not offer refunds for orders with multiple items where only part of the order is affected.

However, we will replace or refund items if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted or incorrect

To request a replacement or refund for a faulty item, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
  • Report the issue before the product is used or washed

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable.

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No exceptions.

Order Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Resolution will be handled case by case.
